Cancel or Refund after shipping label created.
I am bought a wrong item and urgently contacted the seller not to ship the item.
The seller already created shipping label (through eBay).
The seller didn't send the item and still has the item.
I cannot issue a cancellation request because the status is already "shipped"
even though the item is still with the seller. It appears that the only way
I can get refund is by making a "return request."
However, eBay system requires me to send the item back to the seller,
which is impossible since I don't have the package yet.
So, we want to cancel the order at this moment without actually making
two way shipment. How can we do this?
By the way, the seller paid $11.50 to eBay to create the shipping label,
which I want pay back to the seller, since it is my fault to make the wrong order.
Could anyone help us?

Mentor10 months agoThe seller needs to cancel the shipping label now and then fully refund you using the refund option. The seller has 28 days to cancel the label and then it takes 21 days for the refund to be issued to the seller. So they really should not be waiting to do this.
