Cancel one item from an order
I tried to cancel one item from an order, but it looks like the whole order is being cancelled. Is there anyway to only cancel one item?

Mentor1 year agoIf the listing included multiple items, it is not possible to cancel only one of the items. Buyers can only REQUEST a cancellation. It is up to the seller to file the cancellation, and sellers are not obligated to do so. If the seller does not cancel, you can always list that one item for sale on ebay.
