Cancel my order

The seller has told me that my item was damaged and said I can have a refund so I want a refund but now the seller is not answering my messages

@whitepig426_0 I am sorry that happened. Only the seller can cancel the order. The seller should cancel as out of stock damaged but might be trying to avoid the defect by having you request to cancel. You can try sending an official cancelation request >
