You will need to go here:
https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase
Find the order that you wish to cancel under that link.
You should have a drop down arrow on the right, click that and look for Cancel.
Keep in mind, you are requesting a cancellation and this should be done within an hour of the purchase. After that first hour, the seller of the item doesn't have to cancel at all but many will.
If you have already paid, and they haven't shipped, they may cancel and refund. If they have already shipped, then you will have to return the item once you get it before you can get refunded.
