Cancel Label
I have made a mistake, I shipped out the item and later that night I accidentally printed out a new label for that same item and it looks like the buyer now has multiple shipments coming when that’s not the case. Now I can’t properly track the first label. Is there a way to cancel the second label that’s not real?

You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

The sold item will have two tracking numbers so be sure to let the buyer know which tracking number to watch. You can not remove the extra tracking number.
