Cancel in order
I order an item but then I realized I ordered the wrong one seller told me to cancel order when I tried it's said it couldn't it already shipped which is wrong not enough time show tracking number but no update seller doesn't take returns what can. I do

-First, Sellers do not have to honor a cancellation request but smart ones will to avoid issues down the road.
-The No return policy has limitations so depending on what happens you may be able to return the item per the eBay Money Back Guarantee, but keep in mind, this was your mistake: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
-The date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim. You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.

OP8 months agoThank you right after I realized want I come I contacted me and he told me what to do it was my fault I didn't read all the description it was DVD but widescreen and I don't like wide screen that's for the advice
