·3 years agoYou can cancel any bid on your listing at any time before the auction ends and may do so for just about any reason, including that the bidder asked with or without a good reason. If you can't find a link specific to that auction in the Bid History or your active listings list, Go to the Site Map (link at the bottom of this and most ebay.com pages) Sell Section (use the shortcut at the top--it's a long scroll down) and you'll find a link to that and several other useful seller tools (including your Blocked Bidder/Buyer List to which I'd suggest you add those retracting and asking for cancellation).
If you mean after the auction was over, you can cancel without penalty choosing the reason "Buyer requested" from your seller hub.
