Cancel an order that’s already been paid for
It’s my first time posting on eBay I had an item off and I no longer wish to sell my item and the buyer paid Ebay I do not wish to accept the buyers money. What should I do?

Mentor1 year ago@kaurf.aa1 Per eBay policy you are supposed to sell the item.
If you refuse to follow through then you will receive a DEFECT which seriously hurts your account and the buyer will most likely leave negative feedback.
If you wish to cancel then you select cancel as out of stock/ damaged from the drop down menu next to the item on this page> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS

Always start auctions at a price you will be happy with if you get just one bid.
