cancel an order for non-payment
I gave the buyer a couple months and sent multiple messages and they haven't responded - now it seems I cannot get rid of the original listing that is out there still waiting for payment.
How do I get rid of it so I can relist

Mentor2 years agoYou can only cancel for 30 days after the sale.
You can use sell similar to relist the item, just click on the item and then click sell a similar item.
You can wait for the order to age off, or you can archive it to get it off of your waiting for shipment list. Using the seller hub order page, select archive from the pull down menu next to that item.
