Cancel an order by seller
I sold an item to someone who didn’t realize that it was pickup only. The buyer initiated a cancellation request and I missed the 3 day deadline to confirm it. I’ve read the articles about being able to cancel but I cannot find the menu item to follow the steps they suggested. Please help.
