cancel an order before it's shipped
I canceled the order within two hours of purchase from @khie66 before it's shipped. The seller didn't respond until the 3rd day after I placed the order. The item was still not shipped out yet. He said that he did not have the option to cancel the order within his account. He said that I can cancel the order after he shipped it out. So he just went ahead to ship out the item. I received it today and request for a return right away. Within an hour the return is closed! The return is closed. Period. No explanation, no instruction on what it means, no nothing. I wanted to appeal for this outcome. eBay gave me that I cannot appeal this return because it's closed! I felt that I fell into a trap, a scam, in eBay! Can anyone kindly give me suggestions on what I can do to get my refund of $161.52 for a used stereo receiver? Thank you!
