cancel an order a buyer has already started a return.
Just want to get these folks their money back and it has been hours and days of work without an actual person to help. Just need to cancel and give them their money

Since the buyer filed a Return Request, you will need to respond to the Request directly. You can refund the buyer through the Request. Go to the case in your Returns dashboard and choose Refund buyer.
