Mentor3 years agoThat is one of the problems of cross posting to other platforms.
Go to Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Locate the order. Click the down-arrow, select Cancel order, select Out of stock, submit. The buyer will be automatically refunded from the method you specified to pay for your seller fees.
