Cancel an order
I declined a cancel request before the buyer explained his mistake. Now I can't cancel the order. Can't get help from eBay.

If a buyer requests a cancellation before you've shipped, it's better to accommodate the buyer than refuse the request. At this point, you can use the Send refund option in the dropdown next to the item listing to refund his payment.
