cancel an order

I am a seller trying to cancel an order due to problem with shipping address. I have tried but it keeps asking for a credit card to canel. I always use a bank account before to receive payments and send refunds. It's not letting use that for this one. What can I do?

Go here and fill out the information. Make sure you specify a method for paying your seller fees. When you cancel a transaction, you need to refund from your funds first, and ebay will then reimburse you.
