Cancel an awaiting payment
Someone sent me an offer which I accepted. Before they paid someone purchased the item at the buy it now price which I then sold the item to. The first buyer now shows they owe for the offer price and I show awaiting payment from them though the item was sold to someone else. It's not in my orders so I can't cancel it. They are worried about the negative impact of not paying for an order and I can't find a place to cancel it. I would think the system would automatically cancel it in this scenario though it didn't. Appreciate any help with this please. Thanks
