Cancel after payment
A buyer paid then sent a message to cancel the order because the wrong address is on the shipping label. I haven’t printed the label yet. How do I cancel the shipping information without relisting the item?

Actually you shouldn't. You should cancel the sale, relist the item for what it sold for and have the buyer re-purchase. This is the proper way to handle this. That way you are still protected as a Seller.
If you were to change the address and ship anyway, you will void any seller protections you may have.

Not sure it works that way. Once canceled, its canceled. You can then relist, send the buyer the item number (or a link to the listing) they can then repurchase with their shipping information corrected and proceed from there.
