Cancel a sale
I listed some designer shoes with a low auction starting price and a much higher buy it now but
there was some mistake and it sold for way too low a price. Now I need to cancel the sale.

Mentor6 months agoYou started your auction at the minimum/starting bid of $12.00 and a Buy It Now price of $18.00. You are required to sell to your buyer.
You cannot cancel the transaction without receiving a defect from Ebay which affects your seller performance and you might receive negative feedback from the buyer.
