·2 years agoIf the buyer filed an INAD, you had two options.
Accept the return or refund the buyer without returning.

Mentor2 years agoYou can't "unaccept" a return.
Your options now are to accept the return or refund without requiring a return. If you don't want the item back, you can just go to the return case and refund the buyer's payment and let him know he doesn't need to return the item.
