Cancel a return request
Hello, so I started a return request and the seller and I worked it out, but now it won't let either of us do anything with the order. Won't let me cancel the return on my end and it only gives them the option to do a full refund. Im not trying to get over on them so can someone please help. How do we cancel the return request.

The Buyer is the one that can cancel the eBay return request from their end. They may not be able to figure it out though. Or if they just do not ship the item the claim will time out on their end and you can ask eBay to step in and close the claim in your favor.

OP1 month agoIm the buyer in this situation and you are right I cannot figure it out lol. I stayed up till 1 am trying to put in tickets and try and find a way to contact ebay.

At this point I would just let the claim time out and the Seller can ask eBay to step in and close it at that point.
