Cancel a refund request.

Question

A buyer requested a return of an item thought to be defective. Seller offered a partial refund to have repaired which the buyer declined. Then the buyer realized a wire came loose tha that he easily fixed and now the product is fine. Buyer wants to cancel the refund request and neither party can figure out how to cancel it.

Do anyone know how to cancel the refund request and buyer accepts purchase?

Tell your buyer to click on â€œreview return statusâ€ for the item.

There, the buyer will fin an option to â€œclose return.â€
