CANCEL A PURCHASED ORDER

Hey im cavemanfinds pleasure to be here and meet you all. Feel free to give me a follow whoever sees this i would appreciate it and blessings to you all. My qiestion is i have a buyer that purchased a item from me after he sent a offer and i accepted it but its been about 2 weeks and no payment and after several payment reminders and personal messages of my own no answer nothing, im wondering how to cancel this without hurting my store? Thank you all

@cavemanfindz , The info you need to cancel the transaction is in the link below. Cancelling because the item was not paid for will not hurt your account. https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/resolving-unpaid-items?id=4137 You probably will want to block the buyer from future purchases or bidding, and to avoid future non payers you need to set your buyer requirements to automatically block Buyers Who: have received [ 2 ] unpaid item strikes in the last [12] months. In your sold orders, select cancel transaction next to that item, then select buyer hasn't paid. This does not count again you and is recorded on the buyer's account.
