Cancel a purchase
Hi
after winning the bid for the stanly cup , I reached out the buyer immediately, because I didn’t realize that my daughter is the one who put the bid on this item without my approval.
I immediately reached out to the seller and explained the issue , he/ she said that I am a liar and wants to block me .
I am unable to purchase this cup at this time and am hoping eBay can help me with canceling this purchase .

·3 years agoYou are responsible for the actions of those you let access your account like your daughter. The seller should block you, but that doesn't absolve you from YOUR obligation to pay. If you don't pay within 4 days of the end of the auction the seller can and should cancel for non-payment, giving you a strike that counts toward your automatically being blocked by sellers who have elected to block anyone with 2 or more strikes in the past 12 or fewer months (and it would also affect your buying limits). eBay will not cancel it to save you from that.
