Cancel a purchase
My son just bought a new with tags Jansport backpack (I said he could). The seller has a 98%, but I just went back and read reviews and there are quite a few saying that the backpacks are knockoffs. I tried to cancel the order, but it’s saying they have 3 days to accept. Does it typically take that long. What happens if I get the bag and it’s not authentic?

If you receive an item that is not authentic, you are covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and you can file a Return Request.
