cancel a promoted listing ???
Hello can ANYONE tell me how to I cancel a listed that is 'promoted' this information is not on ebays help.

Mentor2 years ago@comp_sys In addition to @mr_lincoln 's advice you can go to your Advertising Dashboard and end the promotion without having to end and relist the item.
https://www.ebay.com/sh/mktg/pl Scroll and select end next to the promotion you wish to stop.

You need to use the drop down menu on the left side of that item on your Active list and select End. It will move to your Unsold file. Go there next. Use the drop down menu there and use the Sell similar function to create a complete new listing making sure that before you Relist it that the Promoted function is OFF on that item.
That "should" strip off any 30 day attribute the original promoted listing may have had from the last time it was clicked on while being promoted.
Once the new listing it Active go back to the Unsold file and delete the other listing.
