Ebay shows you are a Seller and currently have 19 active listings. I would think you would prefer that all your Buyers not purchase from you then cancel. Is there a reason you want to keep canceling things you buy on eBay?
All selling platforms track Buyer behavior. At some point even Amazon will take notice when the same person keeps canceling.
