cancel a buyer order after 3 days.
Buyer requested cancellation. I thought I did it because it didn't appear in my open orders. 3 days later it reappeared. IT WON'T LET ME CANCEL. It just says to contact the buyer. I decided to refund. The order is still in my open orders marked shipping is late!!!!! Who do I have to kill to cancel this order?
