I recently listed and sold an item online. Prior to bringing it to the post office. The item was stolen. I’ve been trying to cancel the item online so the purchaser will stop getting emails. I thought I had done that but it is still listed. Can someone please help me with this. Thank you.

·3 years agoGo to the order and click Cancel in the menu next to the listing and select out of stock as the reason.
If the funds are on hold, you have to pay the refund until the hold is released.
