Ebay will not refund a buyer because my payment details are not listed or updated. I need them to refund the buyer without updating my payment details

eBay requires you to fund the refund to the buyer. They will then release the buyer's payment to you and resave the fees that are eligible for credit.
No one likes it, but that is how refund work for all of us.
