It appears you cancelled the transaction because you weren't aware that Ebay charges for their services. Sellers pay a fee for selling here? How is that possible? You really damaged you young account by doing this. Not only because you really ticked off the buyer, which is understandable, so they left you a negative feedback, but because you likely didn't file the Cancellation using the reason you should have. Certainly that is an assumption on my part.
You sold four other items on the site. Did you not notice you paid selling fees?
@gordus.2lh0x You want to cancel a sold item? Did the buyer ask to cancel? If you are just cancelling then you will have to cancel as out of stock/ damaged and receive a DEFECT then you don't relist the item. This is a very bad idea and best to avoid as it really hurts your account. Not too many defects and you can be banned from selling on eBay. The buyer will also most likely leave negative feedback.
If the buyer already paid then be aware that the refund will come from your back up payment method for selling costs. The payment can't just be reversed.
This is how refunds work>>
Refunds, even for order cancellations, come out of your available funds not pending or held. If you do not have available funds then eBay charges your back up payment method for selling costs.
Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.
Once you issue the refund and the buyers funds are released from being held or finish processing then the buyers payment is released to you.
