Good afternoon. I wanted to buy an item from the seller, but did not win the auction. When viewing bets, I saw a new “cancel†section. what does this mean? I've never seen this from other sellers. I'm picking up the photo, sorry it's in Russian, I'm from Ukraine.

·2 years agoIf there have been any cancellations or retractions those are shown in their own section below the main bid history table. Be aware that when a bid is retracted prior to the last 12 hours or cancelled at any time ALL prior bids by that bidder are removed from the main history but information on only the last (which will be the highest) will be given in that section.
You haven't noticed it before because it is not displayed unless there has been at least one cancellation or retraction (bidders "retract", sellers and rarely eBay "cancel") for that auction.

Mentor2 years agoI have not seen what you described. However, it appears ebay may have added an option to Cancel a bid a buyer has placed. If so, it should make it easier to ask for a cancellation, instead of using the CONTACT SELLER and then asking to please cancel the bid.
