Canadian Duties
I purchased an item from a Canadian seller (electronic device). I was notified by UPS that there was a $52 duty due that essentially doubled the price of the item. Per UPS, if I refuse delivery, they will contact the seller and he will have an option to pay a fee to have it returned (UPS couldn't say what that fee would be). If he refuses the item will be disposed of. Do I have any options to get a refund? The seller does not accept returns for items shipped UPS but does for items shipped eBay International
