Canadian Buyer Says DHL Asking Him to Pay Duty And They Can't
I shipped a customer a jacket through the Ebay International Shipping Program. He said that DHL is asking him to pay a duty on the jacket. He got a text from DHL asking him to pay through his email. The email he has is invalid and he cannot access it. How should I proceed to help him?

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you used EIS, there should be no further charges. Tell buy to contact ebay and see if the email is legit.
