Canadian Buyer is unable to accept my offer. Why?
I have a buyer from Canada ready to purchase my item, but when he tries to accept the offer, it says he is unable to due to this statement. "Does not ship to T8L0S1". He has told me several times that he purchases on eBay all the time without any issues. Is it possible that it is because of the price of the item? $2200

That error message — “Does not ship to T8L 0S1†— typically means that your current Shipping Preferences or listing’s shipping policy is set to exclude that specific Canadian postal code (or Canada entirely). It’s not related to the item’s price, even for high-value items like yours.
To fix this:
Go to your Shipping Preferences: https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
Under “Excluded shipping locations,†check if Canada or any provinces like Alberta are selected — if so, deselect them.
Also, review the shipping policy attached to the listing:
Ensure Canada is included in your international options.
If you’re not using international shipping directly, consider enabling eBay International Shipping or the Global Shipping Program.
Once updated, the buyer should be able to accept the offer without issues.

OP1 year agoThanks for replying, but I checked all that. I have shipped to Canada several times before. I did check it on my seller hub and also on the listing and Canada is not checked as excluded. I tried sending him an offer, and he tried sending me an offer and both ways he kept getting that same error code. eBay is practically impossible to contact with an actual person so I don't know what else to do. Thank you though.
