Canadian bidder not being allowed to bid.

Question

I am in the U.S.

A bidder in Canada wants to place a bid--but EBAY won't allow with the site telling them that we are not set up for Canadian sales.

I looked at my account and I don't show any exceptions.

Any suggestions?

Your listings state that you ship only to the USA. So a user with a Canadian address will not be able to bid on your items. By the way, your No Returns policy is only good for remorse returns. All other return reasons are covered by the eBay Money Back Guaranty for 30 days from receipt.
