    Canadian Bank account for receiving
                     

    Hi ,  sold my first item. I'm Canadian and can't find a way to input my Canadian bank account info, it says routing, etc.   I don't have a Visa Debit

    The problem is you are registered on eBay USA and not eBay Canada.  eBay USA can only accept USA based banks.  You will need to change your site of registration officially.  You may or may not be able to do this through the eBay USA customer service.

     

    You can contact customer service using this link to ask for a call back:   https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4191&st=10    Please note that if the wait time for a call back is too long eBay will remove the option until the wait time is shorter.  Just try again later.  Customer service is open from 5am to 9pm Pacific Time.
