I have a customer who purchased and not received his item. He was advised to pay for the international fee which he has tried to do, but is having trouble with contacting them so he can pay. I tried also to contact DHL but have had no response.

OP2 years agooh, thank you for replying. The good news is he was finally able to speak to someone at the international location and getting payment made. All is good, but thanks again.

Mentor2 years ago@dorjer-inman-5181 That's good! I was just curious as I have some of my listings showing the OPTION for buyers to pay import fees or not at checkout buying as EIS.
I will cross my fingers my buyers don't run into similar issues.
