Canada Goose jacket returned from authentication center without the hood
I sold a Canada Goose jacket and it was returned because the buyer said it didn’t fit. It went to the authentication center and was forwarded to me without the hood. I didn’t notice it was missing until I sold it again. How do I proceed?

-Message the Buyer immediately and let them know that when it was returned to you that you failed to double check it and just now realized the hood is missing. Ask them if they would be willing to ask you to cancel the transaction. If they message back and agree to the cancellation you can do that and select the reason "Buyer requested." This will avoid you getting a strike on your account.
-If they do not agree maybe they will take it along with a partial refund, then you can ship it.
-If you cancel without permission you have to use the reason, "out of stock" and your account will get strike using that reason. The Buyer can still leave Feedback and it may not be good.
-I suspect you will never make this mistake again.
