Canada buyer is being rejected
International buyer is unable to accept an offer from my account? I already ship internationally, I just shipped yesterday internationally. This buyer is in Canada. How would I know if the person has been band or maybe I am having an issue with Canada?

There could be more than one reason the Buyer cannot purchase the item in question.
-They have restrictions, possibly 2 or more Unpaid items, they reached their Buying limits, etc.
-The item is restricted from shipping to Canada: Prohibited and restricted items | eBay
-The weight and/or package dimensions exceed the EIS (eBay International Shipping) specifications, either by actual values or a mistake in the shipping section of the listing
-It could be a soft peddle lead in to asking you to sell to them outside eBay
-Other reasons not listed here
