Can You Use Others Pictures?
I have a listing where I stole someone’s picture to help advertise it. They texted me to remove the picture for the listing. Would I get in legal trouble or any trouble with ebay if i didn’t remove the photo? The photo is not copyrighted and is just a simple edited photo.

·2 years agoSince you're selling used items, you should be taking photos of the items you're selling, not using someone else's photos.

Mentor2 years agoWas the photo originally on ebay? If so, you can use it, if not, you can't. Regardless, the right thing to do is not use it if the owner asked you not to.
