Can you report a scam bot or do you just block them?
I had a person that has been on ebay for 4 years and has no feedback win one of my auctions and now won't pay or respond to my messages, I'm thinking it's a bot of some kind but I can't find a place to report them only cancel and block.

Mentor2 years agoOn the fifth day cancel for non-payment, then put them on your blocked list.
