    Can you reopen a case?
                     

    Can you reopen a case against a seller after you close it? Seller wants to work things out now… but I want to make sure I’m covered.

    You only have one chance to open a case or a request per item.  So once closed the case cannot be reopened.  eBay cannot protect you now so you would have to trust the seller to follow through with their promises.
