Can you post a coffee table on eBay with local pick up only , no shipping
I have a large Designer coffee table with Jester & Griffin carved base, can I lost it as local pick up ? Not sure how to ship something like that. No wanted to make shipping unavailable. Any help greatly appreciated.

Mentor1 year ago@kiweescottage yes. Local Pick Up Only would be the best way to list a coffee table. I recommend saying Local Pick Up in the title too so that buyers see it when shopping on the app.
Here's how to list with local pick up:
How you select Local pick up only depends on which listing tool you are using.
1. Quick Listing Tool:
If the listing tool you are using has a Gear symbol in the upper right corner then you are using the Quick Listing Tool.
To select Local Pick Up only on the Quick Listing Tool you do NOT check the ship your item box and then scroll down and select more options then check Local Pick Up in the shipping section.

2. If you are using the Advanced Listing Tool. It will have the option to add a video in the photo section.
Scroll down to the Shipping section and select Local Pick Up only from the first drop down box.
If you have a shipping option showing then you need to click on the 3 dots in the box and delete it.
The second Local Pick Option at the bottom of the listing tool is only to be used if you want to offer shipping AND local Pick Up.
When the buyer picks up the item be sure to ask for the QR code to scan or enter the 6 digit code into the app:
Go to the sold listing on the eBay cellphone app and select Arrange pick up. Then you scan the QR code or enter the 6 digit code that the buyer receives when they pay for the item at checkout.
The QR code is your proof of delivery and helps get your funds released sooner.

OP1 year agoThank you so much for the reply .I got the shipping changed to local pickup .
The problem now is it says since I checked local pickup only, I cannot require immediate payment.
But, it won’t let me change the payment options . I clicked one area and it said if I edit , it’s will edit it for all listings!
Any advice ?

Mentor1 year agoSorry for the late reply. I use the Advanced Listing Tool in Seller Hub. You are able to require Immediate payment on a per listing basis with this listing tool. You have to toggle the option on to the right of the pricing section and then you will see a box you can check on the listing form to apply it.
Sign up for Seller Hub while working from your computer to create your listing using the Advanced Listing Tool. >
You will know you are using the Advanced Listing Tool when you see the option to add a short video in the photo section.
To access Seller Hub:
1. Go to https://www.ebay.com/sh/landing
2. Click Start Using Seller Hub
3. Open your Draft here: https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/drafts
4. To create a new listing go to your active listings page:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active and click the blue Create listing button near the top, right-hand side of the page.
