Like to buy a idem and split the cost on 2 different credit cards ,

eBay does have an option to split a payment between two credit cards at checkout, though that may only appear if the transaction is for $500 or more.

PayPal also has an option to split payments via different credit cards if your purchase (and your cards) qualify. The option should appear on the PayPal Wallet page where you can select your payment method after selecting PayPal at eBay's checkout.
If you do not see the option to select a PayPal payment method when checking out, try deleting the PayPal entry that appears on your eBay Payments page in your eBay account.
