The short answer is YES! I do that from time to time.
Just know that sometimes Buyers think shipping is free because of how eBay shows both shipping and Free Local pick up. So someone might buy and then ask you to ship it to them. You then have to ask them to ask you to cancel so you can Relist it and they can buy it again using the shipping option.
