Are you the buyer or the seller?
If you are the seller, you don't need to worry about the tariff since the buyer pays the tariff.
If you are the buyer, yes, you may own a custom/tariff/duty and possibly a brokerage fee.
Currently, if the item arrives by USPS, it may not have any tariff because USPS doesn't yet have the manpower to assess and collect all the tariffs.
If the item is going to arrive by UPS or Fedex, it is very likely there will be a tariff PLUS a Brokerage fee of $50 or more. That fee is for the shipper to cover their costs in collecting and remitting the tariff.
If you tell me more about
1) where the item you are purchasing was made
2) what country it is shipping from
Example, an Item made in China and shipped from Canada will have the China tariffs applied.

If the watch was made in Japan or Made in China makes a difference.
If the watch was made in Japan, I would expect at least 15% + brokerage fee of $50 - $100

If the watch was made in China (and shipped from Japan) I would expect 40-55% tariff + brokerage fee of $50 - $100

Americans used to be able to import $800 with no tariffs or duties. That has changed and now there is no $800 'de minimis tariff exemption'.
Made in Japan - possible tariff + Brokerage = $150
Made in China - possible tariff + Brokerage = $292.50
Made somewhere else - ?
This is not an official statement. This is my personal best estimates of what your tariff might be. Please be prepared. Tariffs are like a sales tax you pay to the US Government .
