A detailed seller rating of 4.8 for shipping cost is NOT a low rating. It's a great rating.

However there is no way to challenge these ratings. They represent the buyers' opinions and pretty much everyone's opinion of shipping costs is that they are astronomical. There is no way for you to know what ratings an individual buyer leaves you.

Personally, I don't think eBay should have this rating, but they didn't ask my opinion before implementing it. 😊
