Can you cancel a shipping label to hand deliver package?
Buyer is local and we discuss I can easily deliver to him. Am I able to cancel label and keep shipping fees for me?

If you do that, you won't have a delivery scan. The buyer would then be able to open an item not received case and get a full refund from your account. Without a delivery scan, you'll receive a ding on your seller metrics.
