Can you add postage at the post office to a prepaid priority label?
I bought a prepaid label through eBay, printed it out and I know it’s going to be a few dollars more than I charged. Will I be able to pay extra at the post office for that or do I have to void this label out? I charged $9 and I found out it’s going to be $13. My fault. I usually have precise measurements and weight. Will the post office allow me to add additional postage, without changing anything on the box and the tracking?

No you cannot pay extra at the P.O. and keep the same label and tracking number. If you bought your shipping label through ebay, and it is not used for 30 days you should get a credit for the purchase.
Once you go to the P.O. to get a new label save the receipt and send the new tracking number to your buyer with a message, saying that you underestimated the shipping cost and had to purchase a new label, but are not charging them the difference, You may want to add a clear photo or scan of the receipt along with the message. Do keep the receipt in case your buyer tries to say you never shipped their item, and files an INR dispute. You would need it as proof that you did ship the item.
