Can we join before publishing app on playstore or appstore?
Hi,
I want to register for Ebay Affiliate Program as i intend to promote ebay listings through affiliate links in my mobile application (helping user to shop better based on his preferences). My application is currently not published on Playstore and is currently under development. However, when i go for registering EPN, it mandatorily requires app url for successful signup. How do i resolve it? I cannot publish without affiliate program, as then i won't be having any revenue, and it seems that i cannot have EPN access without publishing app.
